We sell land primarily in Utah, Texas, New Mexico and Arizona. We specialize in larger tracts, generally 40-2500 acres. We offer our own in-house financing with no qualifying or credit checks, thereby lowering the high costs that buyers have with banks and other lenders to finance property.
