There were 207 acres of sold land in Utah recorded last month through the Lands of America sales program. This reflects a drop in sales activity over data from the month before. The most land sales in the state last month were located in Duchesne and Iron County. In terms of its size, Utah is the country's 13th-largest state, covering an area of 84,904 square miles (54 million acres).
